About Us

Our Story

I got my start, as many of us did, by blowing into my NES cartridges in the 80s. I’ve come a long way since then.

I was a founding member of my high school’s technology club, the Wired Mikes. During those years, I learned the basics of IT and computer repair. In the years since, I’ve worked in digital media production, eCommerce, web design and internet marketing.

My love for video gaming has always been a prevalent force in my life and when the opportunity came up to learn arcade repair, I eagerly jumped at it. I’ve taken the Betson Technical University course and have been repairing arcade machines for the last two years.

We provide expedient service

Losing one of your best machines on a busy weekend can mean thousands of dollars of lost revenue. We’re in the arcade business, too! To that end, we will do our very best go et your equipment fixed as quickly as possible. We will try to have parts at the ready for your first appointment after discussing your service in detail.

Deeply Committed

We’re arcade people too. We understand. Nobody likes lost revenue. Nobody likes losing out on ticket winnings due to faulty machines.

Super Efficient

If at all possible, we will always do our best to have your repairs done on the first visit.

Highly Skilled

We’re good at what we do, but most importantly, we know our limits. If we can’t do it, we’ll point you to someone who can.
